Bring whatever you got - hopefully we'll get everything done. if you take them to kinkos and make transparencies before thursday it'll save time.
I'm making a ton of band patches into vector files right now, 42 so far, plus 6 miscellaneous ones. I've been mostly focusing on band ones I guess, but I'm gonna make a ton of non-band ones too. By Thursday I might have close to a hundred patch designs! That's a lot of screens, we probably won't make all of them, but I figure it's good to have a stockpile.

I started out making the band logos from scratch in illustrator cuz I couldn't find any good pictures on the internet, but then I found a website with some good references. I'm tracing them into vector format (so they can be easily resized and edited). Not too creative, but once I get a bunch of band patches together I'm gonna make a few misled youth ones.
If any has any suggestions for bands, let me know. I'm gonna start making a bunch of crack-rock steady bands since those'll be the shows we'll sell a lot of these at.
Sturgeon basically gave us permission to make new designs for LoC, so we're thinking about that. We figure we can subvert all the LoC kids by mixing leftover crack's shock value with some positive, pro self-education messages. Does anyone have ideas?

Can we buy the screens on thursday before going to abc no rio? so we have the images in front of us? or should we buy them ourselves beforehand or something?
i usually go to this place called Standard Screen Supply on varick street right before our thursday meetings. you guys can come along, but them we might need to meet earlier to run that errand. probably it's easiest for you guys to just let me know the sizes and i'll take care of buying the screens.
Email your designs by early afternoon thursday (earler than that is best) and we can laser print them directly onto transparencies -- better quality than photocopying, easier, and cheaper.
Regarding the screens, how do the prices compare between Standard and pearl paint, etc.?

I might wanna buy some of the misc images, they sound really cool. Can't wait for thursday!
