I need two things from you guys, which bands we know are playing, and what time and date we're having it on.

I don't have enough room to write 6:30 it's not too cramped, it just doesn't work. I also don't have enough room for that five or seven thing and we don't need to do that I don't think, last time we made a lot of money without raising the price. how about we do a five to ten suggested donation? uh... also if we open at seven when do we want the bands to start playing?
Also we need to talk about the really really free market in terms of where when and all that jazz, I guess we're meeting on thursday right? we'll talk extra then.

this is looking good and coming along well, i just booked Michellines for the 30th at 7pm. The guy Dimitri wanted 1/3 of the door and i checked w/cc and we thought it was ok. Closer to the date i'll help get all the equipment we need. Also i can make copies of the flyers. And i can post some 'about misled youth" text if ya need it for the flyer.

about the really free market, i'm a little unclear as to what we are doing with that? gabe?

we could have it somewhere that's not the space also, I can check around other spaces and churches etc if you guys want to. the earlier in the day it is the better for me you know? Anyway, I have to fix up the flyer one more time, they'll be good to go by thursday at the latest.

Also on a slightly unrelated note, I emailed the sol.illaquists of sound, they're this really sweet group who makes awesome awesome music but they're opening a kids art center in florida which is almost the same as what we're doing so I emailed them to see if they wanted to talk or visit or anything, so hopefully we'll hear from them cause they're rockin awesome.

OH SHIT, go figure something wrong has to happen, at least it isn't last minute, but sadly all the flyers have been made and wrong info has been sent out to all major posting sites and promoting etc. Fiasco has just cancelled on us. Jonathan is out of town, and unless they have someone else who can play with them for a night, we need a new band. I can ask then about it, but i dont think thay can do two people playing. Oh i got it, they have another band which happens to be the two kids that are still in town under the name sonar and its weird techno shit. I want to keep those kids or keep one of the bands in that loop so there all little network of friends will still come. Tell me what you think. Ill email them about sonar. THis blows. Hope no one is too pissed about coming to see fiasco and gets someone else.

i talked to joe about michelines the owner and general rules and regulations.
First off michelines basement can hold up to about 100 people, which is good should be enough for the whole night. I talked to him about drinks etc. Everything goes in the basement, you can do whatever, drink smoke, its all good. All drinks must be concealed upon entering and we need at least 2 people at the door probably 3. NO ONE CAN BE OUTSIDE. That is the one overall rule, it that works nothing can go wrong. The street/sidewalk must be clear at all times. Those are the basic rules. We dont want shit from the owner, this is a real venue, we need to respect Micheline's as do all the people coming. There is an upstairs which people can chill, just no underage drinking, and there is a backyard which people will want to be outside in, but it has to stay pretty quiet.

Im a little nervous about PA. I really want to make sure its there by 7PM and that there is something plugged in until Dooga arrives. We need someone who knows how to set it up. Ill talk to Lucien about it, maybe he could help. Other that that this show is gonna be off the wall!!!!!! Im so excited and i know everything will come together. We just all have to be helping the whole night!

The printshop was good, not to many people showed up, but we got to do some printing and at the end on person came and we got to talk to them about this cool shirt/poster thing they want to do. We also got to brainstorm some ways to get more people to show up. We can talk more about that later.

So..... Lucien said they he and Julian would show early around 630 and help with the PA. They also said they are bring the drum set and an amp, so that is all set too! YOu wanted to info so here it is:
