Do you guys require anything like admin approval of new users before their accounts are active? I had a bit of trouble logging in for the first time, wanted to make you guys all aware of that, since it could potentially offset new people. I'd almost given up trying to get in before I made this post, and I'm still not sure if everything's working right.

Hi Razor. Currently we have to have an admin approve you, so it [probably took someone a few hours to notice your request. We may end up changing this, but you shouldn't have any more problems now that you're approved.

Welcome!

Thanks for the welcome. I'm Jamie, just so's ya know.

And no, it didn't take long at all considering that an admin had to approve it. I was fiddling around wondering if it was something wrong on my end for about ten or fifteen minutes, that's all.

hey cool
i briefly looked at your writing page, though i didn't get a chance yo read through any of the stories yet. It's cool that you found a place to host your work and get feedback on forums and participate in a community.

there's an intros thread in the general discussion if you wanna formally introduce yourself. Also we're looking for peoples input on our plans for this website, which you can see under misled youth discussion.

You'll probably get fed up with me rather quickly.

I'm looking around and posting randomly, so I'll get to everything eventually. I browsed through some of the plans and they all look like really interesting, great ideas so far, but I'll elaborate when I actually post there.

The site that hosts me is a pretty nice place. No trashy muck mixed in with the decent stories, so it's nice to be able to call it home. I'll look into that intro thread..
