While Learning Groups are focused on exploring our interests and experimenting with new ideas, Collaborative Projects focus on applying our skills to an end result.

Collaborative projects can range from fixing bikes to fixing airplanes, from organizing data to organizing festivals, or from writing graffiti to writing novels. The Misled Youth Network will devote as many tools as we can to whatever project you are interested in initiating.

For example, letís say youíre in a group working on a mural painting project. You can use your group Omnibus to record your progress and the things you learn in words and images, send out announcements to other Misled Youth members, and discuss mural ideas on your forum, all from your own project page. Your project will have its own discussion forum and chat room. And to help you get started on collaborative learning and projects, we are creating Toolkits.

Baseline Projects, such as developing and maintaining this website, designing Misled Youth materials, and planning Misled Youth events will mainly function to maintain and develop Misled Youth in general. Multiple groups can cross-collaborate on projects that involve and benefit the Misled Youth community, creating a growing network of education and inspiration.

At times we may be feeling our way through the dark, but we will be doing it together, knowing that our hard-earned discoveries will reward us in a way that passive education and apathy never could.
