aside from the forums being new and improved, we're also proud of some other stuff. you'll notice on the right (if you're logged in and on any page except the ones without sidebars) the following links:

meaning everyone gets their own blog and that everyone can private message each other. in the short term we hope to get the groups up and running and the profile more advanced. in the long term we're gonna do all that omnibus/library stuff.

we think that once some people start experimenting with the simpler stuff, people will understand our more complex ideas, and they will seem less like abstract internet jargon and more like solutions, alternatives and resources.

let us know what you think. we hope that moving the forums didn't stop the momentum it was starting to pick up... it was meant to accelerate it.
